Here are some recipes for bone health and energy:
Cooked Scottish Oats and cooked Millet with currants,walnuts, ground flax seeds with
Blueberries, Strawberries and Banana.
Use alternative milks, like Almond milk,
Flax Milk, unsweetened, rice and GMO free Soy.
Create a salad for yourself and what's below is a great protein meal:
Black Bean Soup
1 pound dried black beans
2 carrots (grated)
1 large or 2 small onions, chopped
1 clove garlic,
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
½ cup brown rice
¼ cup dried lentils
beans overnight, then drain the water they’ve soaked in.
Boil beans and brown rice in 1 ½ cups water for 45 minutes.
minutes, add the ¼ cup dried lentils, 2 grated carrots, chopped
garlic, chopped onion, oregano, and tomatoes.
to simmer for about 1 hour.
For Dinner consider making yourself a Smoothie. Remember, you'll be going to bed in a couple
of hours and you don't want a full stomach.
Fruit Smoothies are great!
1/2 cup of Strawberries
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1/4 cup of ground to powder Cashews or Walnuts
Blend with alternative milk, like Rice, Almond, GMO Free Soy and have this with whole grain
crackers or healthy Ginger cookies, etc.
